Suspicious activity, May 30 — Caller reported hearing what sounded like a seal bomb somewhere in downtown Unalaska. An officer located the culprit, who was extremely apologetic about his behavior.
Disorderly conduct, May 31 — Officer responded to the Harbor View bar regarding a drunk who refused to pay his bar bill. The drunk, who did not think it possible he could have consumed $68 worth of booze, eventually agreed to sign his tab and leave the bar.
Ambulance request, May 31, 0341 hours — EMS volunteers provided medical care and transport to a drunken man with his lips and nose nearly torn off, allegedly as the result of an assault. It was later determined the patient and his companion had been involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Ambulance request, May 31, 0435 hours — EMS volunteers provided medical care and transport to a drunken man who had returned to his boat with a broken arm and broken jaw. It was later determined the patient had been involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Accident with injury, May 31, 0440 hours — Officer determined that the various patients who had received medical care this night had been involved in and had fled from a rollover vehicle accident on East Point Loop, wherein a pickup had left the roadway, struck a stack of containers and landed at the bottom of an embankment. Under investigation.
Ambulance request, May 31, 0503 hours — EMS volunteers provided medical care and transport to a drunken man who had returned to his boat with a broken neck. It was later determined the patient had been involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Ambulance request, May 31, 1047 hours — EMS volunteers provided medical care and transport to a drunken man with a broken neck who had walked out of the clinic and returned to his boat. It was later determined the patient had been involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Environmental, May 31 — Courtesy call from a processing plant regarding a small ammonia leak, which had already been cleared. Notifications to the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation had already been made.
Theft, June 3 — Woman reported the theft of perhaps $60 from her room at a processing plant. Under investigation.
