On 3/3/11 Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers issued a citation to Binh Thanh Truong, 40, of Buena Park, Calif., for commercial fishing without a 2011 Alaska commercial fishing license in his possession. On 3/3/11 Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers also issued a citation to the master of the vessel, Ole Knotten, 52, of Youngstown, Ohio, for employing an unlicensed crewmember onboard his vessel. The fine for each individual is $250.

On 3/2/11, at approximately 1530 hours, Dutch Harbor Wildlife Troopers issued citations to William Owen Taylor, 44, of Centralia, Wash.; Victor Velazquez Garcia, 32, of Woodland, Calif.; and Katrina Rae Sutor, 41, of Edmonds, Wash., for commercial fishing without having a 2011 commercial fishing crewmember license in their possession. The fine is set at $250 per person, to be paid to the Unalaska District Court.
