Type: Commercial fish closed waters
On 7/4/10 Jose Rubio, 67, of Cordova, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Valdez Post, for commercial fishing over a quarter mile in closed waters outside the Eshamy District, western Prince William Sound. Arraignment scheduled for 7/28/10 in Cordova District Court.
