Type: Commercial fishing closed waters
On 08/11/2009 John R. Liddicoat, 45 yoa, of Washington state, was cited for commercial fishing in closed waters. Liddicoat was cited by Alaska Wildlife Troopers after he was contacted while commercial salmon seining aboard the F/V Endurance. Investigation revealed the F/V Endurance was fishing in a closed area near Grant Cove. Arrangement is scheduled in Ketchikan on 08/17/2009.
