On 6/20/09 Matthew J. Rutz, 25 yoa, of Central Point, Ore., operator of the charter vessel Grande Alaska, was cited by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Seward Post, for failing to complete his saltwater charter logbook as required by regulation. Bail was set at $210.00.
