Seiner charged with fishing violation at Ketchikan

Type: Commercial fishing closed waters
On 08/11/2009 John R Liddicoat, 45 yoa, of Washington, was cited for commercial fishing in closed waters. Liddicoat was cited by Alaska Wildlife Troopers after he was contacted while commercial salmon seining aboard the F/V Endurance. Investigation revealed the F/V Endurance was fishing in a closed area near Grant Cove. Arrangement was scheduled in Ketchikan for 08/17/2009.
